LIVE CROWD FUNDING IS COMING TO THIS YEAR’S BELLADRUM TARTAN HEART FESTIVAL!
On Saturday 5th August, from 1pm – 2pm in the festival’s Verb Garden, we will host our very first festival event!
Once again, 3-5 shortlisted projects will pitch projects aimed at improving the Highland community.
The festival audience will vote for their favourite, and the winning pitch will take home the prize money and make their project a reality.
Festival goers must pay a minimum £5 donation to the event, which gets them a vote and a bowl of soup each.
This is a fantastic way to encourage innovative community projects across the Highlands, while eating lunch and enjoying the festival atmosphere.
**INFORMATION ON ADMISSION WILL BE ANNOUNCED SHORTLY!**
If you have a creative idea or project that would benefit the Highland community, Bella Soup is a fun way to raise funds. For any queries, or an application form, please contact Fiona at firstname.lastname@example.org.
**THOSE PITCHING PROJECTS DO NOT NEED A TICKET TO THE FESTIVAL.**

9th March – 7pm – Spectrum Centre Inverness
Inverness Soup is back, this time at the Spectrum Centre Inverness!
A minimum donation of £5 on the door, gets you soup, bread, live music, and a vote. Register free now on Eventbrite to ensure you book your place!
Inverness Soup is a live crowdfunding event where YOU have a say in which projects happen in YOUR community.
On the night, you will hear from four creative community projects each pitching for the entire pot of money taken on the door. (Projects shortlisted prior to the night)
Each project has four minutes to share their story, and a further four minutes to answer questions.
You will then have the chance to discuss & debate the projects over a meal of delicious soup and bread.
Next, you will each cast your vote. The project with the most votes receives the door money to help start, or further, their project.
All this AND live music from local musicians!
Our first ever event was a great success! Here’s a quick summary of the night’s pitches and what was involved…
